A very honorable donor

Today I received a very heart warming mail about a very generous donor ... the pictures speak for itself.

How generous are we all ....

So far how much have you donated. I read of one beggar who donated 1 yuan and then went home to get some more coins to donate. I mean how much money does he have .... but he knows that someone else needs it more.

Tomorrow I will be going to Sg Wang for the charity thingy .... lets see what it is all about.

Fahrenheit will be at KLCC at 2.30 pm for a Canon event and Daniel has the charity event in Sg Wang. Why everything is on the same day wan !!! I hope I can make it in time to see them in KLCC after the charity event. Keeping my fingers crossed XXX

The Signs ...

With the recent happenings in China and Myanmar got me thinking. Are those signs of the world coming to an end ? Am I ready for it ??? I still have not clear my mind about the religion stuff and all ... really confused! Sighhh

The pictures and videos I received on the Sichuan Earthquake really brought tears to my eyes, those poor children, what did they do to die in such a way? God please bless them and give them your biggest hug. I really cant imagine if it happened here ...

In China, 69 dams in the province damaged in the original quake were in danger of bursting their banks. There is also an unstable lake ( Tangjiashan Quake Lake)created by a landslide which is treatening to burst and if that happens .... a catastrophic release of water will occur! The so-called quake lake is holding 170 million cubic yards (130 million cubic meters) of water and it has risen to within 83 feet (25) meters of the top of the dam. The volume of water is equal to about 50,000 Olympic-size swimming pools !!!

Recently I received some pics re the Myanmar tragedy but after looking thru I realised that those pictures were from the Tsunami time ... some people really have nothing to do !!
