Vick Teo "Longest Solo Piano Recital"

Victor was also there to support Vick!
Signature time
She did a beautiful rendition of Somewhere over the rainbow with Vick playing the piano

We were at Sungai Wang last Saturday for the SYTYCD road show and came accross this event. Vick is going into the Malaysia Book Of Records for the "Longest Solo Piano Recital". He started at 2.00 pm on Friday, 25.07.08 and ended at 2.40 pm on Saturday, 26.07.08. (The 40 minutes I guess will be the toilet breaks). During this time, there are local artistes who would be saying a few words or singing as Vick is playing the piano in support of him. Well done and Congrats Vick !!! But he did look a bit pale when we saw him at about 2.00 pm on Saturday.

There was this lady (sorry I do not know her name) who sang "Somewhere over the rainbow" and I think she did a very good job ! You can see her in my pics signing on the big board.

DAUGHTRY @ SONY ERICSSON TRAFFIC JAM 1 UTAMA CENTRAL PARK 26.07.08

The ticket

haha ...ini macam pun boleh lah

Daughtry was a blast amidst all the standing and the rain !!!! It was really worth the wait. I am not really into rock but I like his other songs like Home, It's not over and What about now. But I think he lost his voice towards the end. All in all he sang 13 songs including a few new songs. It was a blast and I dont think he will be coming this way again ...

The security was super strict ... no cameras no videos allowed. They search your bags and even scan your body in case you hid one some where but then I saw some ppl taking pictures with their cameras during the show ... well ...

Daniel came out on the dot at 9.30 and sang 3 songs, Tiada Maaf, Ying Wei Yu Ai and Mimpi. I squeezed out earlier to go to the loo cuz had a bad tummy and rested for a while on the couch and while walking back I heard Daniel singing Tiada Maaf and I practically ran back in and squeeze my way thru the crowd back to where I was standing initially ... really susah !!!

A very big thank you to Daniel and DFC for the tickets :):):)

Hello Malaysia

I am going to faint ... no breath liao ! YOU ... I want you ...come up
2nd Game - whose balls falls the fastest
2nd Game - whose balls falls the fastest into the pail
Throwing posters
so cuteee ...
Time to say goodbye
What was so funny Bern ... ???

I went to see some HK artistes for the Astro On Demand 1st Anniversary at the Curve on Sunday, 20 July 2008. Poor things, they had to stand on top of a four wheel drive in the hot sun ... sweating away. Anyway it was good to see them in person ... Bernice is looking very pretty and Bowie looks the same as on TV !

After the Curve, their last stop was at Bukit Tinggi in Klang. They were throwing away freebies (car sunshade) and I nearly caught one (already in my hand!) if not for an asshole who snatched it away and caused a slight injury to my left hand. Real good for nothing @SS H#@@%$^^hope .... you slip and "pok kai" !!!!

Kristin's dance school had it's inuagural concert on 13.07.08 and it was held in the Korean Church in Setapak next to Mun Yee School. Well overall I should say that it was a success due to the short period of training/practice. A big hand should be given to the teachers and the adult students for bravely coming out to perform . We were told that the eldest performer was a 54 years old grandma doing the ballet dance ... A big round of applause for these women .... The Principal of Mun Yee was the guest of honour and she gave a short speech

I think my baby also did quite well , she took part in two dances, one with the red ribbon and one with the umrella (except for a slight mistake on the second dance) and we are so very proud of her .... :)
Our neighbour (the Yau Char Kuai seller) also took part in two dances, the MTV dance and Line Up.
Bravo to all ....
